For pick‑up from other locations (e.g. Las Palmas, Puerto de Mogán, Agaete), please contact us to receive the corresponding rates.

We accept credit card payments. All transactions are secure.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

💳 Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable deposit of 60.00 € is required at the time of booking. You will receive a secure payment link to complete this step.

The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the start of the excursion via a second secure link.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure (except for the 60.00 € deposit, which is non‑refundable).

After this deadline, the deposit is retained and any balance already paid cannot be refunded.
